2. Image Licensing & Usage Rights
All photographs downloaded from client galleries remain the intellectual property of Jay Wennington and Bad Seed Creative Studio under Australian Copyright Law (Copyright Act 1968).
- Personal & Editorial Use: Downloaded images are licensed for personal sharing, social media posting, and internal corporate reference.
- Commercial Redistribution: Images may not be resold, sub-licensed, or transferred to third-party commercial vendors without prior written authorization from Bad Seed Creative Studio.
- Attribution: Social media posts and press distributions are requested to tag or credit
@jaywennington or @lovedupclub where practicable.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect your name and email address solely to facilitate gallery downloads, deliver requested media files, and manage your newsletter subscription. Your personal data is stored securely in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
4. Unsubscribe & Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email communication, or by sending a direct request to jay@badseed.com.au. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
